Photoshop: The Complete Guide

My favourite piece – creating light beams in images

My second favourite piece – compositing images

I was so happy to have that pocket of time to search for some Photoshop magazines and try out some of the exercises in them. It was really fun. The last time I did this, it was back in… 2015, when I tried to draw out the boy’s name while waiting for him to come out from my tummy.

The guide was published back in 2019, so it’s quite a dated magazine. Unfortunately, because the publisher is no longer around, the tutorial images which used to be downloadable are no longer available. So, I’ve had to source for my own images most of the time. Which was actually a blessing in disguise because using some of my own images to try out these exercises made the process a lot more fun and interesting. It was exhilarating.

I wish I had more time to do more.

Till then Photoshop. I’ll come back to look for you soon.
