Enjoy! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Threadfin (or other white fish): 400g, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Salt: 1\/2 tsp + 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cornstarch: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground white pepper: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Oil: 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Garlic: 2, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Ginger: 1&#8243;, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Green onion: 2 stalks, white and green parts separated, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Sichuan peppercorn seeds: 5, crushed<\/li>\n<li>Pickled mustard green: 1\/2 cup, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Water: 1 liter<\/li>\n<li>Shiitake mushroom: 2, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Dried red chilli: 5, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate threadfin with 1\/2 tsp salt, cornstarch and white pepper. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Fry garlic, ginger, green onions and sichuan peppercorn seeds till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add in pickled mustard greens. Stir for 1min.<\/li>\n<li>Add water and shiitake mushrooms. Simmer 20min.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil. Add fish slices and cook 1min. Season with 1 tsp salt and more if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Scoop out ingredients into serving bowls. Pour in soup.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil with dried red chillies till hot.
