I screamed at him: &#8216;<em>Threeteen? Who taught you anything about threeteen?<\/em>&#8221;\u00a0 Looks like I need to do something about his literacy soon.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anyway, back to this receipe, which is just a simple comfort food that I attempted to do at home this weekend. I can&#8217;t even remember where I got this recipe from. A book? Online? Pinterest? On TV? Oh well, never mind. Just eat it, and then hopefully I can forget about everything else.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Garlic: 2 cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>Fermented soy beans: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Minced pork: 100g (mixed with 2 tbsp water)<\/li>\n<li>Dried mushroom: 2, soaked, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Silken tofu: 130g, diced<\/li>\n<li>Sugar: 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sweet chilli sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Fish sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil: 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cornstarch mixture: 1\/2 tsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oil in wok.<\/li>\n<li>Fry garlic and fermented soy bean till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add minced pork and mushrooms.
