Call\u00a0me the Jamie Oliver wannabe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maggie Mee: 1 pack<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chicken stock cube: 1\/2 cube<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water:\u00a02 cups<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Silken tofu: 150g mashed, 150g cubed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frying oil: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Onion: 1 small, chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minced pork: 200g, marinated with 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp corn starch<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lee Kum Kee chilli bean paste: 1.5 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chinese dried mushroom: 4 pieces, soaked in water, sliced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oyster sauce: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pepper: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chinese parsley: 1 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook\u00a0 maggie mee with chicken stock cube in water for 5min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook cubed tofu in boiling water for 1 min to firm it up.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat\u00a0oil in wok. Add onions and fry till light golden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add minced meat and fry 1 min. Then add chilli bean paste and stir fry with meat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add\u00a0mashed tofu, cubed tofu sand mushrooms, being careful not to mash the cubed ones.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add noodles and stock together into wok and stir to mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add sugar, oyster sauce and pepper and mix everything together. Leave to cook for another 1 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serve with chinese parsley and chilli.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Trick<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The mashed tofu is supposed to give the illusion of noodles stir fried with beaten egg.
