The pasta tastes so refreshing and light, perfect for a Saturday lunch without too much of a hassle.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Linguine: 350g<\/li>\n<li>Butter: 50g (3 tbsp)<\/li>\n<li>Orange: 1, rind and juice separated<\/li>\n<li>Fresh dill: 2 tbsp, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Cucumber: 1\/2, peeled, core scooped out, sliced thinly<\/li>\n<li>Cooking cream: 300ml<\/li>\n<li>Salt: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground blackpepper: to taste<\/li>\n<li>Smoked salmon: 100g, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook linguine till al dente. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>While the linguine is cooking, heat butter in saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in orange rind and dill.<\/li>\n<li>Add in cucumber and cook for 2min.<\/li>\n<li>Add in cream, orange juice, salt and blackpepper. Simmer for 1min.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in smoked salmon.
