Once you are done with the dough, you could think about what toppings you would like to have with it. I don&#8217;t personally like to eat pizza, but thought that the Hawaiian flavour would be the safe option to go with my first attempt since it is one of the favourites of my boy as well.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This version is similar to Pizza Hut&#8217;s where the dough of the bread is fatter and puffier, unlike those that are skinny and crispy like the authentic Italian versions. Will definitely give that version a try next time to see who&#8217;s the winner.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sugar: 1\/2 tbsp + 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Active dried yeast: 7g (1 pack)<\/li>\n<li>Lukewarm water: 3\/4 cup (180ml)<\/li>\n<li>Bread flour: 2 cups (240g), sifted<\/li>\n<li>Salt: 3\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Tomato puree (optional): 300g<\/li>\n<li>Pineapples: 150g, sliced into small chunks<\/li>\n<li>Ham: 4 slices: cut into small slices<\/li>\n<li>Cheddar cheese: 100g, grated<\/li>\n<li>Mozarella cheese: 100g, grated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add 1\/2 tbsp sugar and yeast to lukewarm water. Stir together and leave for 5min till foamy.<\/li>\n<li>Combine bread flour, salt and 1 tbsp sugar in a mixing bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add in yeast mixture and work till dough comes together. Knead on floured surface till smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Leave to proof in covered greased bowl for 1hr, brushing oil on top of dough.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven at 210 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out dough with a rolling pin, turning and flipping to make it round.<\/li>\n<li>Place on a greased pizza pan, folding in edges and pricking holes on dough.<\/li>\n<li>Spread tomato puree on top of dough. Top with pineapples and ham.<\/li>\n<li>Top with cheddar and mozarella cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 12min till cheese is slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Slice to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11799 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Hawaiian-Pizza-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Forgot to spread tomato paste on this version until I did the second bake and it was too late.
