As the latter, it is easily absorbed to create flavour, which helps in creating a healthy and appetising outlook for the dish.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potato: 1, peeled &amp; diced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Onion: 1, chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mixed peas: 4 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luncheon meat: 1\/3 of the large can, diced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1 pinch<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomato sauce\/ketchup: 5 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Corn starch: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp water<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pepper: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chinese parsley: 1 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boil potatoes in water on high heat for 3 min using microwave.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion and stir fry till slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add peas, luncheon meat, half-cooked potatoes and salt. Stir fry for 1min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add tomato sauce, sugar and water. Leave to simmer for 3min till it boils.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stir in corn starch and pepper.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot with rice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Tricks:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The potatoes are partially cooked beforehand because the rest of the ingredients are already cooked.
