The simple gravy makes slurping up the noodles so irresistible. Try it, it only takes 15min or less!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken thigh: 2<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil: 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground white pepper: a pinch<\/li>\n<li>Shallot oil: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ketchup: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>\u8001\u5e72\u5988: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Big red chilli (optional): 1, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Instant noodle: 2 packs<\/li>\n<li>Ground blackpepper (optional): a pinch<\/li>\n<li>Coriander: 1 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poach chicken thigh till just cooked. Leave to cool, then shred thinly.<\/li>\n<li>Season chicken thigh with 3 tbsp sesame oil, light soy sauce &amp; white pepper. Set aside to marinate.<\/li>\n<li>Mix together shallot oil, ketchup, \u8001\u5e72\u5988, red chilli slices &amp; 1 tbsp sesame oil. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Cook instant noodles &amp; drain. Mix into seasoning. Top with chicken shreds.<\/li>\n<li>Add in a small pinch of blackpepper if desired.
