Mmmm&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plain flour: 100g<\/li>\n<li>Baking powder: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Unsalted butter: 50g<\/li>\n<li>Orange rind: 1\/2 big orange<\/li>\n<li>Caster sugar: 50g<\/li>\n<li>Egg: 1\/2, beaten<\/li>\n<li>Orange juice: 1.5 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla paste: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Combine plain flour and baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>Rub butter into plain flour till texture becomes crumb-like.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in orange rind and caster sugar. Knead till dough forms.<\/li>\n<li>Add in egg, orange juice and vanilla paste. Combine evenly by stirring with a spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Fill small muffin cups with mixture till 3\/4 filled. Place in a baking tray.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 20min till golden brown.
