It&#8217;s sweeter because of the hoisin sauce, but this sauce goes especially well with the rice noodles. For slightly more kick in your noodles, you can also add some chilli paste, \u8001\u5e72\u5988 or fresh red chilli slices in your noodles to give it that additional layer of texture and spice.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wishing everyone a happy month of May ahead.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoisin sauce: 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Warm water: 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sugar: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Peanut butter: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seed: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Rice noodles: 400g<\/li>\n<li>Bok choy: 100g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine hoisin sauce, warm water, sugar, peanut butter, sesame oil, sesame seeds in a bowl. Stir till evenly mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Cook rice noodles and quickly blanch bok choy. Drain away water.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer noodles into bowl with sauce.
