It&#8217;s an American dream that&#8217;s baked from chocolate and it can be made fudgy or cakey, depending on your preference. I like it slightly more cakey because the fudgy ones are usually sweeter and too much of a sweet tooth for me.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Make sure to serve your brownie warm, right out of the oven. Don&#8217;t forget that scoop of vanilla ice-cream that you deserve so much. This is what makes eating brownie so enjoyable &#8211; you eat it warm and you eat it with frozen ice-cream. Nothing beats this combination of a dessert.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salted butter: 1 cup (227g)<\/li>\n<li>Egg: 3, large (room temperature)<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla paste: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Caster sugar: 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Brown sugar: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Sea salt: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cocoa powder: 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Plain flour: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate button: 113g<\/li>\n<li>Walnut: 3\/4 cup (roughly chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Line baking tray with greased baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together butter, egg, vanilla paste, caster sugar, brown sugar and sea salt till well mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in cocoa powder and plain flour. Whisk till combined.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in chocolate buttons and walnuts.<\/li>\n<li>Pour batter into baking tray. Smoothen top of batter with spatula.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 25min till set.
