It&#8217;s berry nice. It&#8217;s smooth and sweet. And it&#8217;s frozen chilled.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s the September school holidays again. Am keeping my fingers crossed it&#8217;s not going to get too crowded outside and over the weekend. In any case, it&#8217;s time to chill and sit back and enjoy a bit of the sun, however much there is during this monsoon season. Also hoping for a sunnier weather in the days ahead.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I love this drink solely because of its colour. It&#8217;s purplish pink and tastes much like a slurpee. For somebody like me who doesn&#8217;t really like banana (because it smells horrible), the banana taste is forgivably faint so it makes drinking it a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It&#8217;s also very filling (burp) due to its high sugar (plus maple syrup) content but worth the effort if it gets you high and going. It did for me!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vanilla ice-cream: 500ml<\/li>\n<li>Banana: 1, large, skin removed and frozen for 1hr<\/li>\n<li>Raspberry\/blueberries: 125g, frozen for 1hr<\/li>\n<li>Sugar\/maple syrup: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend together ice-cream, banana, berries and sugar till smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with more berries.
