I actually prefer the version that I did nine years ago for my mum. The cake looked a lot nicer with the different colours, the peach in the cake was sweeter and the crust at the top of the cake gave it a nicer texture too. This version has only strawberries throughout so it&#8217;s definitely lacking in both slightly.The strawberries at the top of the cake was a lot more difficult to cut through too!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was still a fun experiment nevertheless! Just replace all the fruits with strawberries, or with your favourite fruit will do.
