My phone was so quiet for the whole day today it felt a little bit uneasy. It was as if I have disappeared from the world and nobody remembered me or needed me anymore.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I know it sounds ironic and all, having waited for this day for such a long time since I started work here. I yearned for the quiet retreat from work and people. I desperately wanted to get away from all the masquerade and sometimes superficial idle banters at the top levels. Now that I can finally start to enjoy some peace and quiet, I think I will actually need to take some time to get used to this new pace of life.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nevertheless, I&#8217;m very sure I will get used to this slower pace soon enough. I know that if I don&#8217;t, I&#8217;m going to lose it all again after one year. I am excitedly looking forward to all the things I will be doing, for myself, for my family and for the things that I love and truly believe in, without needing to think too much about what other people think.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So it&#8217;s time to sit back and enjoy a cuppa tea and some sandwich. Here&#8217;s an easy sandwich recipe for all of you who hate cooking. Just put everything together all at once and there you go! No oven and stove required!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cheddar cheese: 4 slices<\/li>\n<li>Ham: 4 slices<\/li>\n<li>White bread: 8 slices, crusts removed<\/li>\n<li>Brown bread: 8 slices, crusts removed<\/li>\n<li>Smoked salmon: 4 &#8211; 8 slices<\/li>\n<li>Cucumber: 1, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>Salad leaf: a handful<\/li>\n<li>Salt: to taste<\/li>\n<li>Ground blackpepper: to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on one slice of white bread.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place one slice of brown bread on top of the ham. Top with one to two slices of smoked salmon and a few slices of cucumber.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place one slice of white bread on top of cucumber.
