Even better than commercial nuggets, I guarantee!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Butter: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Flat mushroom: 100g, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Minced chicken: 350g<\/li>\n<li>Breadcrumb: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Egg yolk: 2<\/li>\n<li>Salt: \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground blackpepper: \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Egg white: 2<\/li>\n<li>Plain flour: \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<li>Oil: 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat butter in pan. Fry mushrooms for 5min till soft and dry. Leave to cool.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Combine chicken, breadcrumb, egg yolk, salt, blackpepper and cooked mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whisk egg whites till stiff. Scoop half of whites into chicken mixture to slacken it.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Using a metal spoon, fold remaining whites into mixture.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Using wet hands, roll 12 medium-sized balls, then press down gently to form round patties.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coat with plain flour.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in pan.
