I jogged for 5km nonstop on 12 April 2026. It&#8217;s a small achievement, but I&#8217;m so happy I did it!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And my speed wasn&#8217;t too bad actually, given this was the first time I did 5km nonstop. My fastest was during the third km, when I did 7:19\/km.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Just yesterday, I did another round of 5km nonstop in Sentosa. I completed the jog in 36:45min. My fastest was 7:08\/km and I kept within 07:18\/km most of it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I feel so happy like a bird. Small accomplishments in life, big joy and happiness because it was a milestone that I have set for myself to accomplish. I didn&#8217;t think I could get to this milestone so soon because I only managed to reach 4km nonstop last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Going to keep pushing myself to do better and to do more.
