One can eat it with practically any filling &#8211; from sweet fruity conserves to salty meat slices; it can also be eaten by itself, without any filling. I personally prefer it plain &#8211; the floury buttery taste of the crepe is enough to excite my taste buds!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Crepe Ingredients<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plain white flour: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 1<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skimmed milk: 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: a pinch<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melted butter: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Butter: 1tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Blueberry Conserve Ingredients<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blueberry: 220g, squashed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lemon zest: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lemon juice: from 1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 1 heaped tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mint leaves: 2-3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix flour, egg, milk, water, salt and melted butter. Whisk everything together till smooth and bubbles appear.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat 1 tbsp butter in the saucepan at medium heat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoon 1 ladle full of batter into saucepan and tilt the saucepan for the batter to spread evenly<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wait 2min till batter turns golden yellow. Flip it to the other side and cook for another 1min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repeat steps 1-4 until no more batter is left. Set crepes aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat up blueberry squash, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar in another saucepan at medium heat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wait till conserve thickens before switching the heat off (about 5min).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serve crepes with conserve and mint leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Trick<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can prepare a whole lot of conserve at a go and use the remaining as a bread spread for breakfast.
