I could only give it my best shot in my attempt to discover what my mama&#8217;s secret recipe contains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Red onion: 1, sliced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cucumber: 1\/2, quartered lengthwise, decored, sliced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boiling water: 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: a pinch<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 2, beaten, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp fish sauce, dash of pepper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rice wine: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White pepper: a dash<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coriander: 1\/2 stalk, chopped finely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in frying pan. Stir-fry onions for 1 min. Add cucumbers and stir-fry for another min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add boiling water and salt. Let onions and cucumbers cook in boiling water for 2min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add beaten egg, rice wine, fish sauce and pepper into mixture.
