The portobello mushrooms here are real cheap too &#8211; at one pound per pack of 4. It&#8217;s definitely a real deal!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Walnut: about 8 pieces<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Portobello mushroom: 4, washed, stalk removed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smoked streaky bacon pieces: 150g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spinach: 150g, washed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cooking wine: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomato: 2, chopped, divided into 4 portions<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fresh parmesan cheese: for grating<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mozzarella cheese: for grating<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lemon juice: half of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olive oil: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basil leaves: 4 &#8211; 5 leaves, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grill walnut on top shelf for 3min. Remove from heat and set aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat up oil in saucepan. Fry the base of the mushrooms for about 2min, till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remove mushrooms from heat and place on a baking tray.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fry bacon in saucepan for 1min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add spinach, salt and cooking wine. Give it a quick stir till spinach softens and remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Divide fried mixture into 4 portions. Place one portion onto each mushroom.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place one portion of tomato and walnuts onto each mushroom.Use fingers to crush the walnuts into small bits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grate parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil onto each mushroom.
