I&#8217;m absolutely elated! I&#8217;ve decided to start with this recipe simply because of the huge piece of salted fish that came back with me from London.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salted fish: 5cm x 2cm piece, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Red chilli: 1, sliced vertically<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bean sprouts: 200g, washed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish cake: 1\/2 stick, sliced finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chives\/Scallions: 50g, quartered<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boiling water: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesame oil: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White pepper: a dash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in the wok. Add salted fish and chilli. Stir-fry till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add bean sprouts, fish cakes and chives. Stir fry quickly on high heat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add water, fish sauce, sesame oil and pepper.
