What I love about it is that it is easy to digest (along with a cup of English tea), and it includes some nice recipes of scones and teacakes. The sad news is that most of these recipes require whisking &#8211; which means I&#8217;m not going to be able to make any of these nice shortbreads for myself until I head back home to where my electric whisker lays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>&#8216;Afternoon tea &#8211; that pleasant hour<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> <em>When children are from lessons free,<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> <em>And gather round their social board<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> <em>Brimful of mirth and childish glee.&#8217;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong> J.
