More, please!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Large eggs: 4<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castor sugar: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fresh whipping cream (or double cream): 2 cups (500ml)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skimmed milk: 1 cup (250ml)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coconut cream: 1\/3 cup (90ml)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dessicated coconut: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whisk eggs till light and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add sugar and whisk for 2min till consistent.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add cream and milk. Whisk for another 2min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add coconut cream and whisk for another 2min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leave to chill in fridge for 1hr.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remove from fridge and whisk for 3-4min. Leave to set in fridge for 1hr.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stir in dessicated coconut gently when mixture is thick enough. Then leave mixture to set overnight in the freezer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Tricks<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s back to the same old trick of whisking every now and then to ensure consistency and lightness.<\/li>\n<li>Got these oyster shells from Sainsbury&#8217;s. Was not expecting to find melted marshmallows inside the shells.
