Here&#8217;s my very own version of the heartland favourite &#8211; golden little buns sprinkled with copious servings of cheddar cheese!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bread flour: 500g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Milk powder: 75g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bread improver: 8g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instant dry yeast: 4g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 70g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 9g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 310g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Butter: 40g, softened<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 1, beaten<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fresh cheddar cheese: 10g, grated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix dry ingredients together for 1 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add water and mix for 5 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add butter and knead for 10 min till dough is fully developed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Round up dough and place in airtight container to rise in a warm place for 1 hr.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Divide dough into 100g pieces (about 32 pieces). Leave for 10 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roll out 4 pieces of dough into 20-cm long strips.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Weave strips to form a braid (strip 2 over strip 3, strip 4 over strip 2, strip 1 over strip 3).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prove braids in warm place for 1 hr.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat oven at 190 degrees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brush egg over surface. Grate cheese over braids.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bake for 20-25 min.
