This recipe is &#8216;<em>specially created by Temasek Polytechnic&#8217;<\/em>, perhaps a kind of assignment given to the hospitality students to test out their level of creativity. I think it is an excellent avenue for students to see their efforts bear fruit in the authentic food and beverage industry too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I decided to adapt this recipe, according to what was available on the day of grocery shopping. Nothing fanciful, but it is definitely easy to make (easily adaptable), tastes quite good and is healthy for all ages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quaker creamy oats: 2\/3 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boiling water: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mango: 1, large, cut into bite-sized pieces<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fresh lemon juice: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White coffee creamer: 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cold water: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add oats to boiling water. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blend mangoes, lemon juice, creamer, cold water, sugar together.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add oats into mixture. I had to keep mine for consumption over several days.
