I need it to be more fulfilling and exciting than it is now.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tricolour bell peppers: 3, washed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olive oil: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomatoes: 2, diced finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Picnic ham: 4 slices, diced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mozzarella ball: 1, mashed with hands<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shredded mozzarella: 200g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oregano leaves: 1 handful, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parsley: 1 stalk, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ground black pepper: to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Half the peppers vertically (from top to bottom), leaving the stem intact.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoon out white core and seeds. Leave to cook in boiling water for 10 &#8211; 15 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set aside to dry on paper towel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat oven at 190 degrees Celsius. Grease baking tray with 1 tbsp olive oil.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix tomatoes, ham, mozzarella ball, 2 tbsp of shredded mozzarella, oregano leaves, parsley, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper together.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoon mixture into bell peppers. Set onto baking tray and bake 10 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoon remaining mozzarella on top of bell peppers.
