It also comes with an additional topping of salami slices &#8211; flown all the way from Germany &#8211; to make for a perfect Christmas celebration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ricotta cheese: 450g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (250g)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basil leaves: 1 stalk, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dried oregano: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ground blackpepper: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marinara sauce (tomato paste): 4 cups (500g)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lasagna sheets (no-boil): 12<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chicken mushroom stuffing: 500g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fresh mozzarella cheese: 500g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salami: 10 slices, covering removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat oven at 180 degrees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix ricotta, parmesan, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spread oil at the base of the baking tray, followed by a thin layer of marinara sauce.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place 3 sheets of lasagna sheets side-by-side on the sauce.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spread 3 tbsp marinara sauce on sheets, followed by 1\/3 of cheese mixture &amp; 1\/3 mushroom stuffing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grate mozzarella cheese on top of stuffing. Spread 3 tbsp marinara sauce on top of this.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Layer with another 3 lasagna sheets.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repeat steps 5 &#8211; 7 two more times.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the final 3 sheets of lasagna, top with remaining marinara sauce.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cover tray with aluminium foil. Bake 35 mins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remove tray from oven. Top with salami and grate mozzarella to cover lasagna surface.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Return to bake 10 mins till cheese is browned. Sprinkle with more oregano to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Three-Cheese-Lasagna-22.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2907 alignleft\" title=\"Three Cheese Lasagna 2\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Three-Cheese-Lasagna-22.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Three-Cheese-Lasagna-22.jpg 700w, https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Three-Cheese-Lasagna-22-300x204.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tricks<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Placing oil and sauce at the base of the tray prevents the lasagna sheets from sticking to it during baking.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do not add in mozzarella cheese right at the beginning of the baking process as they will burn and harden at the surface of the lasagna very quickly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Covering the tray with aluminium foil helps to cook the lasagna better through and to soften them.
