Wine jelly is made of gelatin, sugar and wine, the last of which is the ingredient that renders its taste so special and memorable. Apparently, this is a type of spread popular among those in the West &#8211; a spread served with either crackers and cheese or with berries and whipped cream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m gonna skip the steps for making wine jelly in this blog and jump straight to its use in dessert-making.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: alignleft;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blackberries: 100g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raspberries: 100g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wine jelly: 100g (about 6 tbsp)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whipped cream: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place a mixture of blackberries and raspberries into a dessert glass.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scoop 3 tbsp wine jelly on top of berries.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leave to chill in fridge for 30 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serve chilled with 1 tbsp cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Weingelee.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3929 aligncenter\" alt=\"Weingelee\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Weingelee.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"636\" srcset=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Weingelee.jpg 700w, https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Weingelee-628x800.jpg 628w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tricks<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Making the wine jelly from scratch would be pretty much similar to making normal jelly.
