Healthy dim sums are even harder to create, if they ever exist. Seriously&#8230; why bother?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Glutinous rice: 1\/2 kg, soaked in water overnight, drained<\/li>\n<li>Corn oil: 3 Tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Shallots: 50g, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>Dried shrimps: 50g, soaked till soft, drained<\/li>\n<li>Scallops: 25g, soaked till soft, drained<\/li>\n<li>Light soya sauce: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil: 2 Tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Oyster sauce: 2 Tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sugar: 2 Tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Pepper: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Water: 100ml<\/li>\n<li>Roasted peanuts: 50g<\/li>\n<li>Scallion: 2 stalks, chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Red chilli: 2, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add oil to heated wok. Fry the shallots till golden brown.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add shrimp, mushroom and scallops. Stir-fry for 5 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add soya sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and mix well.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add rice and stir-fry for 5 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add water and cook for 2 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transfer rice to a container and steam for 30 min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Top with peanuts, scallions and chilli.
