What makes this dish unique is the holy basil &#8211; a variant of basil that cannot be found in any other supermarkets than Thai specialty stores. This renders the cooking of the dish a challenge; otherwise, it makes for a really lovely dish to prepare after a busy day at work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chilli padi: 5, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garlic: 1 clove, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minced pork: 200g, with 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Long bean: 1 cup, sliced into 1cm strips<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Black soy sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Holy basil: 1 cup (50g), washed, stems discarded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in wok. Add chillies and garlic to stir-fry.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add pork into wok. Stir-fry to cook. Break it up into crumbs.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add long beans, sauces and sugar. Stir to infuse sauces into pork.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add water and basil. Stir quickly.
