It can&#8217;t possibly be that I am becoming healthier; it must be that I have forgotten about these recipes and left them in a corner of my bookshelf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, I got down to digging the piece of paper out and, since it was a lazy weekend morning, decided to choose the next simplest recipe to adapt and try out. So, here it is &#8211; a sizzling bowl of curry &amp; seafood noodles prepared under 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Koka noodles: 1 packet<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chilli padi: 2, chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 1<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prawns: 50g, deveined and washed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mussels (without shells): 50g, washed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beansprouts: 50g, cleaned, with roots removed<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Curry paste: 50g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parsley: 1\/2 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook noodles in boiling water.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drain 3\/4 of the water and set the remaining noodles and stock aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat oil in wok. Add chilli and then crack the egg in. Stir-fry quickly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add in prawns, mussels and beansprouts.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stir-fry till seafood is half-cooked before adding noodles and stock in.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix in curry paste and fish sauce.
