You could also add in some bacon or ham bits in the core of the potato balls to delight your guests with more surprises and flavours.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Russet potato: 800g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White pepper: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Butter: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parsley: 1 stalk, chopped finely<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cheddar cheese: 1 pack of 10 slices, cut into 4 quarters per slice<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plain flour: 1\/2 cup, mixed with a pinch of salt &amp; white pepper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 4, beaten<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Breadcrumbs: 200g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 1 liter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boil potatoes for 20 min. Drain.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mash with pepper, salt, butter and parsley. Leave aside to cool.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grab a handful of mashed potatoes (about 3 tbsp full).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roll into a ball and pinch flat in the middle with thumb.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place 1 quartered slice of cheese in it.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wrap potato around cheese and roll into a ball again.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repeat for the rest of the potatoes and cheese.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roll balls in flour, tapping off any excess.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dip balls in egg &amp; roll in breadcrumbs.
