I believe I use the same method to cook almost all kinds of vegetables &#8211; kang kong and&#8230; &#8211; let&#8217;s keep it to vegetable (Sing.). Maybe I don&#8217;t cook that many types of vegetables after all. How many different kinds are there anyway?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Onion: 1 small piece, chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dried shrimp: 1 handful, roughly pounded to give off fragrance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a title=\"Simply Belacan!\" href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/?p=49\" target=\"_blank\">Sambal chilli<\/a><\/strong><\/span>: 1.5 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Long bean: 100g, chopped to about 3cm long<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rice wine: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt and pepper: to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chinese Parsley: 1 stalk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add oil to heated wok. Fry onions and dried shrimp till fragrant (2min).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add sambal chilli and fry 1min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add long beans, water and let cook for 5min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add rice wine, pepper and salt to taste.
