Seems to me sriracha everything is the way to go nowadays. I&#8217;ve already tried my hands at <strong><a title=\"Authentic Pad Thai With Sriracha Sauce\" href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/?p=8818\" target=\"_blank\">Pad Thai<\/a><\/strong> just a few weeks ago in which sriracha was one of the main ingredients. This would be my second recipe making use of the spicy sriracha sauce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is no need to be shy now. Dig your hands in, get them sticky and then lick up everything, including the plate!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sriracha sauce: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Honey: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lime juice: 1 lime, plus zest<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chicken thigh: 1 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White sesame seed: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spring onion: 1\/2 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, lime zest and fish sauce together in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix chicken thighs with sauce mixture. Leave in fridge to marinate overnight.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melt butter on grill pan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place chicken thighs on pan. Pour half of marinade sauce over thighs. Leave to grill for 15 min till browned.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turn thighs over once. Pour remaining marinade sauce over thighs. Leave to grill for another 15 min till browned.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions over thighs to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sriracha-Honey-Chicken-Thigh-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8838\" alt=\"Sriracha Honey Chicken Thigh 2\" src=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sriracha-Honey-Chicken-Thigh-2.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"443\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Disclaimers<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Most recipes recommend using the oven to either bake or grill the chickens to get an even browning on the chicken. I experimented with the Happy Call Pan to grill the chickens, hence the longer timing required and the switch in some of the steps.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I personally find that marinating the chicken thighs beforehand would help to secure the taste of the sauce on the meat itself.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are using the oven or grill, rub the butter over the chicken first, followed by the marinade sauce. Rub the chicken with the marinade sauce for a couple more times while baking or grilling to let the flavours set in.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I used both large and small chicken thighs in this recipe.
