I had this small bottle of sriracha sauce that remained last year from my attempt to cook a few different Thai dishes such as <strong><a title=\"Authentic Pad Thai With Sriracha Sauce\" href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/?p=8818\" target=\"_blank\">Pad Thai<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a title=\"Yummyliciously Hot Sriracha Honey Chicken Thighs\" href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/?p=8837\" target=\"_blank\">Sriracha Honey Chicken<\/a><\/strong>. I originally wanted to finish using up my sriracha sauce as fast as I could, before the year ends, but it is already 2016!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had to think up something to cook with whatever else that remains in my kitchen. Linguine. This dish with linguine and sriracha is like a match made in heaven because the pasta noodles are able to soak up and complement the spiciness of the sauce without becoming too overwhelmed by it. That&#8217;s the best thing about having an endless supply of pasta noodles at home. It can be used to cook anything. Everything.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The linguine tastes oh so good. Try it, you&#8217;ll love it too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Linguine: 500g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olive oil: 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cucumber: 2, halved, cored &amp; sliced<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brown mushroom: 200g, sliced thinly<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garlic: 3 cloves: finely chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg: 2, lightly beaten<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brown sugar: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 6 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sriracha sauce: 6 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coriander: 1 stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook linguine in boiling water till al dente. Rinse with running water.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add 1 tbsp olive oil into linguine and stir to coat evenly. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add 2 tbsp olive oil in wok.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add cucumbers, mushrooms and garlic. Fry till cooked and fragrant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add eggs into wok. Leave to set, then scramble with stirrer to mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add linguine, brown sugar, fish sauce &amp; sriracha sauce.
