It signifies the arrival of Christmas in a couple of days&#8217; time. This champagne would make for a lovely drink to serve and impress your guests during Christmas parties. It is quick and easy to make too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the strawberry season is not in place, try using frozen strawberries to make the puree instead. It would work just as well as the fresh ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strawberry: 2 cups<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caster sugar: 4 tsp + extra for dipping cups in<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pink champagne (I used Jacob&#8217;s Creek&#8217;s sparkling pink moscato): 1 bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puree strawberry with sugar till smooth. Leave in freezer for 30min.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dip wine cups into water.
