Mmmmm&#8230; it is so so nice&#8230;. <img src=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/mrgreen.png\" alt=\":mrgreen:\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ripe avocado: 2, skin and seed removed<\/li>\n<li>Milk: 1 cup (200ml)<\/li>\n<li>Honey: 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Small lime: 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blend avocado, milk, honey and the juice of 2 limes into a puree.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour into an ice-cream mould.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Freeze for at least 3 hrs before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Avocado-Popsicle.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9155\" alt=\"Avocado Popsicle\" src=\"https:\/\/peepor.net\/pint\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Avocado-Popsicle.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"475\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Trick:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adding lime into the puree helps to prevent the avocados from oxidizing and turning brown too quickly before the popsicles can be frozen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">This recipe was kindly adapted from <em>The Little Epicurean&#8217;s <\/em>&#8216;<strong><a title=\"Chocolate Avocado Popsicles\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thelittleepicurean.com\/2014\/04\/chocolate-avocado-popsicles.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chocolate Avocado Popsicles<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;. I eliminated the last step of dipping the popsicles into the chocolate melt as I prefer that the original taste of the avocados stand out.
