This plate of tofu with minced meat is something I&#8217;d be happy to make regularly because it&#8217;s so simple to prepare and takes less than half an hour to whip up. Try it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minced pork: 250g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">White pepper: 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesame oil: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cornstarch: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garlic: 3 cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enoki mushroom: 150g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egg tofu: 1 tube, sliced into thick chunks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water: 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sugar: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cornstarch mixture: 1 tsp cornstarch + 1\/3 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marinate pork with fish sauce, white pepper, salt, sesame oil, water and cornstarch last. Leave overnight in fridge to marinate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heat vegetable oil in wok.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add garlic and fry 1 min till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add minced pork and fry till half-cooked.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add mushrooms, tofu and water.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mix in oyster sauce and sugar.
