Try it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puff pastry: 600g, thawed 1hr before rolling<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Honey tomato: 8, halved<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mozzarella cheese ball: 4, crushed by fingers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salt: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ground blackpepper: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rocket leaves: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smoked salmon: 16 slices<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basil leaves: 2 stalks, stalk removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat oven at 190 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roll out puff pastry sheets to about 1\/4&#8243; thick. This should make about 16 sheets.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place each sheet onto a greased baking paper. These to be placed in turn onto a baking tray.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 8 slices of pastry, top with 2 halved tomatoes each followed by 1\/4 of mozzarella cheese (about 1 tbsp each) on top of tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the remaining 4 sheets of pastry, top with only mozzarella cheese.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
