This is my fifth Focaccia since the very first attempt in May. So far, I’ve experimented with a variety of toppings – luncheon meat (they call it SPAM here), herbs, cheese etc.
This time round, I decided the focaccia should look like a pizza. If this entices you, you could refer to the Focaccia recipe; just substitute the sun-dried tomatoes with 12 slices of salami and replace the rosemary sprigs with 1/2 small red onion (sliced into rings).
I still prefer the version with sun-dried tomatoes though.
