This recipe of salmon sashimi with a super delicious miso say sauce is a dish you can die for. It’s simple and delicious, though the salmon slices can add up to quite a bit if you like to eat a lot of them at once. The dressing is important, but can be overwhelming if you add in too much of the salty miso paste or soy sauce as they will drown the sashimi and render them unpalatable instead of tasty.
