Home-Made Lemonade

This recipe for lemonade is simple and much desired during the hot summer season! There’s no summer in Singapore because it’s hot on most days, so this drink will be a saviour at anytime of the day, on any day of the week. You’ll definitely ask for more once you finish a glass of lemonade so make sure to make more of it!

Ingredients:

  • Lemon: 1, rind thinly peeled & juiced + 3 small slices to garnish
  • Sugar: 50g
  • Boiling water: 500ml
  • Ice cubes: 2 cups

  1. Place lemon rind and sugar into a jug.
  2. Pour boiling water into jug. Stir to dissolve sugar. Leave to cool.
