That’s especially for the guy who can’t stomach chewy, stretchy and supposedly sludgy stuff like sotong and fish maw. I didn’t believe it at first when he told me that’s how he orders his Sotong Mee at hawker centres!

Bought a lot of cheeses this week; went a little cheese-crazy. There are just so many of them on the shelves – and most of them are cheaper than what I can get back in Singapore! Yummy!
It has indeed been a long journey. I started this science-fiction series a few (maybe three?) years ago, and today, I finally touched the light at the end of the tunnel.

This is a totally new dish in the sense that I’ve never cooked nor eaten it before. Strangely, it’s a dish that isn’t very popular in Singapore, at least as far as I know of.
