It’s really easy to make this dish because the processed mashed potato can be readily purchased from the supermarkets in Germany. The only effort expanded in this attempt is to ensure that all the ingredients go into the potato balls nicely before we roll them up into nice round pouches.

已经催了他很久，硬要他陪我去黄浦一带 （大牌 85）－ 去探望还逗留在那喷水池里的一具猛龙。昨天终于抽出了宝贵的时间，花了仅仅半个小时的时间，却追回了数十年前的美好回忆， 真让人回味无穷。也因此想借此机会，在巨龙消失之前，赶快把这些回忆拍下来。
Pronounced as tteokbokki, this dish is supposed to be one of the favourite dishes of the Koreans, especially as a street snack on a hungry after-work day. I remember first eating this food for lunch at a ski resort in Korea back in 2005. It was freezing cold; we were both tired from a day of non-stop skiing. In such a situation, the tteokbokki tasted especially lip-smacking and memorable.
This lasagna uses mainly ricotta cheese and chicken mushroom stuffing in place of the typical minced-beef-in-bolognese-sauce, which makes non-beef eaters like me very happy. It also comes with an additional topping of salami slices – flown all the way from Germany – to make for a perfect Christmas celebration.
