Because I’m in Manila, the Philippines now, I feel obliged to dig out this recipe to blog about it.


I love the colours in this dish. There’s red, green, orange and a tinge of brown. So fresh, so bright, so appealing and so appetising.


It’s been a crazy month. And it looks set to be an even crazier month and year ahead. So many things to do, it’s been non-stop so far.


How can anyone possibly resist instant noodles? Cup noodles? Maggie mee? Whatever you call it. They need not be unhealthy to start with, because you use it as the main of the dish, but you can discard the rest of the sauces and MSG that come in the packet, then add in the flavours by yourself. Which is exactly what I did here.
